About
Independent perspective on crypto gambling
I’m a Web3 and cryptocurrency specialist working at the intersection of blockchain technology and online gambling. In August 2024 I co-founded Kryptokasinot.io, a Finnish platform providing independent information on cryptocurrency gambling.
My background is technical — a Master of Technology in Computer Science from Aalto University — and I apply it to questions that are usually argued without it: how crypto payments actually work, what blockchain analytics can and cannot trace, and where gambling regulation is keeping pace with the technology it governs.
I write publicly on iGaming regulation, digital assets and consumer protection, with a particular focus on Finland’s transition from the Veikkaus monopoly to a licensed market. I’m Finnish, educated in Finland, and now based in Tallinn — close enough to the Baltic iGaming industry to understand how it operates, and independent of any single operator in it.
